The initiative by Oorla to bring together 10 Top sweets and savories from different parts of Tamil Nadu is fantastic and to top it up with Tirupati Laddu prasadam elevated the experience further. 2 day Express delivery ensures the palakaarams delivered were fresh. All of this for 61 euros sounds reasonable to me for the wonderful memories the experience gave us though perceptions regarding pricing may differ as the average weight of every palakaaram is only 150 grams.
Not only me my whole family loved it with in couple all the box got over and now i m using those boxes for my homemade snacks. Authentic taste,awesome packing,totally vera level box ! I recommended this to my family & friends also they also ordered it and lived it 🥰
I ordered one Palakara Petti for my friends and one for me. My friends are hardcore south Indian sweets and savory lovers. They were absolutely bowled by the packaging first and then the sweets and savory selection. They would not stop appreciating the fresh and tasty sweets. As for us we loved the packaging and presentation(the small book and dancer on the bookmark stole my heart) and how well it maintained the freshness. The effort of of selecting sweets and Karam from various places in south India and bringing it all the way to US without altering the taste is much appreciated. Kudos to Team Oorla.!!
We received Palakarapetti just in time for Deepavali. Every item was so fresh and brought nostalgic moments. Packaging was very creative. Great to reuse and helps to maintain freshness. Great concept and will buy again in future.
We loved Palakara Petti. Tirupathi ladoo was a total surprise. Athirasam, Ribbon muruku were fabulous. I loved the small containers that were used for packing. Will definitely order often and will recommend to all my friends here in Sweden.

Bought these at the NJ Tamil Sangam Diwali celebration. Their packaging is very thoughtful and amazing.. I and my sister opened the tin just to try and ended up finishing the whole tin immediately. So fresh and so delicious. I always missed these types of snacks from India. I guess I don't have to worry anymore. Ordered the Palakarapetti so I can collect more of these cuties.. trust me.. they are super cute :) in multiple colors.. new additions to our kitchen pantry storage. Expecting them to add more items in the future.
