To get a refund, you can contact us at care@oorla.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll initiate your refund in 48 hours.

When are you a eligible for a refund?

Return/Refund request should be initiated within 48 hours after receiving the items. Not all items are eligible for returns. Refund will be provided for spoiled, damaged*

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to get a refund!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Any refund initiated might take up-to 48 hours to reflect in your bank account.
