This taste and protein-filled Curry Leaf Podi is made with Black Gram Dal, Chana Dal, Asafoetida, Curry Leaf, Dried Red Chilli, Cumin Seed, Coriander Seed, and Added Salt. Mix it with sesame oil, coconut oil, groundnut oil, ghee, and serve with idli, dosa, uttapam, paniyaaram, or any dish.
