How do I place my order?

To place your an order at oorla.com, follow these below steps :

1. Browse our website to find the items that you like to get, choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you'll be able to add multiple products on your cart).

2. In your "Shopping Cart" you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

3. To shop with us, you can either log in or create your oorla.com account or easily continue to checkout as a guest user.

4. Once you have added the items/units in your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your name, contact & shipping details, proceed to select shipping method and finally make the payment

How will I receive my order from Oorla?

We have partnered with world's top courier services like UPSFedExDHLBlueDartDelhivery, Amazon and USPS to ship all the orders with utmost care and shorter delivery lead time across the globe.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email and whatsapp message with order confirmation details, you'll be notified as soon as your order is fulfilled with a tracking number!

How do I cancel my order from Oorla.com?

Please contact our customer delight team by writing to care@oorla.com to cancel the order and get refund your payment. All orders should be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of ordering. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

How do I edit/modify my order?

Please write to care@oorla.com mentioning the email and order id to modify the order, our support team will be happy to help you.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. All taxes are covered by oorla.com. All you pay is only the amount that you see in the order summary. There may be customs tax for Canada & European countries, which should be bared by the customers. 

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at care@oorla.com

Refund Policy

To get a refund, you can contact us at care@oorla.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll initiate your refund in 3-5 Days.

When are you a eligible for a refund/replacement?

A refund or a replacement will be initiated when you receive a damaged or wrong product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In case of refund due to damage/spoiled items, the refund will be processed only after receiving any photo/video proofs. And the request should be made within 36hrs from the time of delivery. 

What to do if I forgot my password?

To reset your password, Just click on the 'Forgot Password' option and we will send it to you on your email address registered with us.

Does oorla accept bulk orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders for parties, corporate events & gifting. The prices may vary according to your products and quantity of purchase. Kindly write to us at care@oorla.com with your requirements.
