Mix the required amount of Paruppu Podi, ghee, or gingelly oil to hot rice and enjoy. Add Salt if needed. This authentic Paruppu Podi is traditionally ground with Chana Dhal, Red Chillies, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, and Salt.
