We’ve got answers to help you plan the perfect gifting experience.

  • Do you charge extra for shipping?

    Shipping is calculated on the delivery location, weight and order size. The exact charge is itemised in your quote — there is no separate bill afterwards.

  • What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?

    50 boxes on most hampers, 25 on the premium and flagship sets. We'd rather do 50 well than 5,000 badly.

  • Can we add our company logo or custom branding?

    Yes — full-surface print, gold foil, blind deboss, printed carry bags, or a card carrying each recipient's own name. Lead times run 10 to 21 days depending on the treatment.

  • How long does it take to deliver?

    About twenty days from brief to doorstep: quote in 24 hours, a physical sample on your desk by day five, made to order from day twelve, delivered around day twenty.

  • Can you ship to employees' home addresses?

    Yes — that's most of what we do now. Send a sheet of names and addresses; each box ships individually with its own tracking link, across 19,000+ pin codes.

  • Why aren't prices on the site?

    Because a list price would be wrong for almost everyone. Volume, branding method, packaging range and whether you split-ship to homes all move the number materially. Tell us the count and budget band and an itemised quote comes back in 24 hours.

  • Do you give a GST invoice?

    Always. Full GST invoice with HSN codes, raised to your entity, e-way bills where applicable. Corporate gifting is an allowable business expense.

  • How late can I order for Diwali 2026?

    Diwali falls on 8 November 2026. For custom branding, lock your order by 10 October. After that we can still do unbranded stock boxes, but the print and foil lines close.
