To place your an order at oorla.com, follow these below steps :
- Browse our website to find the items that you like to get, choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you'll be able to add multiple products on your cart).
- In your "Shopping Cart" you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- To shop with us, you can either log in or create your oorla.com account or easily continue to checkout as a guest user.
- Once you have added the items/units in your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your name, contact & shipping details, proceed to select shipping method and finally make the payment
To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Please contact our customer delight team by writing to care@oorla.com to cancel the order and get refund your payment. All orders should be cancelled within 3 hours from the time of ordering. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests should be initiated within 3 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be provided to the customer if we receive the request within 3 hours of the order.
- Cancellations after 3 hours will be charged 50% of the order value as our makers would have already started preparing the items or we would have started working on the packaging.
- To get a refund, you can contact us at care@oorla.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll initiate your refund in 48 hours. You can always contact us for any return question at care@oorla.com. View our Refund & Return Policy.
- A refund or a replacement will be initiated when you receive a damaged or wrong product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. - Requests for refunds & replacements should only be made via email to care@oorla.com and from the email address used to place the order. Requests received from an email address different from the one used to place the order will not be prioritized.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In case of refund due to damage/spoiled items, the refund will be processed only after receiving any photo/video proofs. And the request should be made within 24hrs from the time of delivery.
