Ingredients:

2 tbsp South Indian filter coffee powder

¾ cup hot full-cream milk

¼ cup hot water

1–2 tsp sugar (to taste)

Preparation:

Add coffee powder to the filter, press lightly, pour hot water, and let it drip for 10–15 minutes

Pour decoction as per the desired strength into a cup, add hot milk, and stir in sugar.

Froth by pouring back and forth between cups and serve hot in a dabara-tumbler set.
