Preparation Method

  • Take a required quantity of Multigrain dosa floor and mix it with water to dosa consistency.
  • Whisk to make a lump-free batter.
  • Let it ferment for 3-4 hours.
  • Mix the batter and make the dosa.
Quick Dosa Batter

Take a required quantity of dosa flour, mix it with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of curd and whisk it to dosa consistency. Set aside for 5 minutes.
